Salmon & Pasta




Like I said ..... It's my blog ............................................
The other day I blogged about losing a few LBS and eating right with execise. Well I cooked up some Salmon on the Foreman, and put some on a salad for Tues. nights dining and an extra piece for dining this evening. I made a little Barilla Penne Pasta "Al Dente". Now this is a great enriched macaroni product that claims to be the #1 Brand of Pasta in Italy. Who knows, I did not see it while I was there. Anyway, the dish was served with a little (non-stem) glass of Fleur Pinot Noir. aaaaaahhhhhhh. Very Nice. (I hope my bride does not read this, she thinks "jeff can't cook". ciao
