they should have just poured cold water on him.
I would have bought a snow cone and tea-bagged those offending nuts. Hopefully they wouldn't instantly try to suck up into his stomach...causing further injury.

I have a slight case of dyslexia and I thought the last sentence said, "they sent someone to cut off his member." Now that really would've sucked!
Ummm.... ow.
I have to give him credit for making the call... Most people would have been far too embarrassed. I have to wonder about the staff member. Would YOU cut out someone in the predicament?
