................................................... OK, so I started this new job about 90 days ago. While away, I have been eating out a lot. After getting down to the weight I was when I got married back in the 80's ....... I have since gained 15lbs(In 3 Months!). So here is my plan. Diet & exercise for the next 30 days to get 10lbs off! It can be done. It will be done! Some of you may say "Oh, I'll just eat right, others may say Oh, and I’ll just exercise. I need both! and I will post my progress on my blog as I am working on my fitness. So you can publicly criticize me if I don’t achieve my goal, in fact I want you too! Here is my new treadmill; here is my Grilled Salmon on a bed of Lettuce with Light Italian Dressing. I cooked an extra piece to have it with some whole wheat pasta on Thursday. Talk to you later.
